I have been working as a surgical sales representative for over 20 years…primarily selling a product for obesity surgery. I see what poor choices and processed foods do to the body on the inside as well as the outside! Nobody wants or chooses to be unhealthy but our confusing labels and food choices make it almost impossible for the average busy American to get it right on their own. This spurred me to get my health coaching certification four years ago. I am so passionate about helping people feel good and love themselves…….it is truly a gift!

More About Me….
I am a mom of three (pictured to the left is my daughter MS. Liz jumping her horse KING) and live in a small town in Northeast Ohio called Hudson. It is suburbia for sure….but we managed to snag one of the last 5 acre parcels left. Its here I have my horses, chickens, rescue pig (no kidding!) named Brutus the Buckeye, mini goats, dogs, barn cats, and two odd ducks (who enjoy waddling up onto the deck every morning to peck on the glass sliders!)
Fitness and nutrition has always been important to me. I taught aerobics in college and never quit moving! I was lucky enough to get back into horses after college which also kept me moving….through two pregnancies I kept on going:) I knew if I stopped it would be hard to get it back so I kept putting one foot in front of the other. With toddlers, I was the mom forming kickball games in the back yard with neighbor kids, going to trampoline parks with them for open jump, and trying to instill how important healthy fresh foods were. I got divorced when my kids were 2 and 4. It was the scariest and most difficult thing I ever did….but….I met my soul mate and now husband Mike. Mike came with an amazing son and my passion for fitness and health (and sometimes animals!!) As you can see, my babies are movers, jumpers, and players! (Below is my baby Louie coming off the football field.)
Life…is good! But I feel like I am missing my calling. I want to share my passion for feeling strong and healthy with others, and I want to help them achieve their health and wellness goals. When I was in college I struggled with an eating disorder. I know what it is like to feel betrayed by your own body….to beat yourself up day after day….and I am here to tell you there is a better way! I can help you find it and together we can move towards a healthier happier you.
