Group Sessions
There are so many reasons to think about group sessions when it comes to your health journey! Whether you have a close knit group of friends or family or just want to work in a team environment this may be a great option! Also if budget dollars are tight a team approach may be the more economical way to go. My team wellness program consists of a three month period with one session every other week. Come explore new healthy mindsets, mini modules you are interested in (such as the gut microbiome, meal prepping, or meditation), learn how to conquer cravings, find a new form of exercise you really enjoy all within the supportive team setting of your peers.
Individual Sessions
Need more of a one on one approach? My individual programs offer a more tailored approach to your specific needs. Whether your goals are to meal prep and eat for health and weight loss, or to overcome obstacles keeping you from being your healthiest I am here! Individual health coaching programs are also three months long with sessions every other week focusing on the individualityof your body/ ethnicity/personality.
